Hi, I’m Kristen!
I currently live in Charlotte, NC with my own rescue pup Odin. I work full time as a teacher and have been teaching for 7 years now. I am lucky to be doing two things that I love. My siblings and I were raised rescuing and fostering animals so helping to run Angela’s Ark is nothing short of a dream come true. I can’t wait to see what the coming years bring for the Ark and continuing to do what we can to help animals in need.

Hi! I’m Lauren :)
I was born and raised in Charlotte, NC and currently work as a registered nurse. I have had a strong love of animals my entire life. My sisters and I grew up horseback riding and watching/helping our parents rescue and foster dogs, so I guess you can say it was inevitible for us to continue the example they set. My husband and I have two rescue babies of our own that we are obsessed with, Tyson a boxer/lab mix (we actually have no idea what he is) and Ares a pit/rotweiller mix. I can’t wait to continue to see what is in store for us on this rescue journey. Thank you for checking out our page!
